Administrative Assistant

Contract through end of year, potential to extend

Rate: $15-19/hr W2

Onsite in Minneapolis, MN

Position Overview: Focused on helping fulfill tasks needed to improve item data quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Enterprise Item Governance team with administrative tasks and projects
  • Executing specific item data updates and fixes where requested
  • Helping manage Item Data Governance metadata to ensure consistency and freshness
  • Identifying gaps and improving existing Governance processes and documentation

Skills:

  • Strong system skills & an ability to quickly learn new computer applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and good follow-up skills
  • Speed and efficiency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational ability including planning and priority setting
  • Flexible
  • Ability to multi-task (given instructions and when under pressure to meet deadlines)
  • Basic computer skills
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
