Currently, our client is seeking Business Consultants to join their team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business owners, helping them adopt technology solutions that simplify operations and fuel growth. You’ll work directly with financial institutions and leverage powerful referral networks to drive sales in a dynamic, business-to-business environment.

First year OTE of $100,000 Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Mileage reimbursement and travel stipend Robust training and development programs Tools, technology, and marketing support to fuel your success Requirements Must be bilingual in Mandarin High School Diploma or GED Experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment Demonstrated success in cold-calling and lead generation Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel across your assigned territory to meet clients Responsibilities Meet with small and medium-sized business owners and introduce technology solutions that support their operations and growth Build and maintain a pipeline through proactive lead generation, cold outreach, and leveraging referral partnerships with financial institutions Serve as a consultative sales partner, tailoring solutions to fit each merchant’s needs and helping them navigate options Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation, onboarding, and long-term client success Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems Represent the company’s brand with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach Demonstrate the ability to work independently in the field while also contributing to team goals Utilize strong problem-solving and business acumen to identify and close opportunities A bachelor’s degree, military experience, and/or 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience is highly preferred Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
