Requirements

What You'll Do

\n
• Set up and operate CNC machines: Haas vertical/horizontal mills, turning centers, G&L boring bars
\n
• Program using G&M code and Mastercam
\n
• Select tooling and develop efficient machining processes
\n
• Hold tight tolerances (±0.005") and perform detailed inspections
\n
• Collaborate with a skilled team to improve processes and quality
\n
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first workspace
\n

Shift & Pay

\n
• \n Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (That's a 4-day workweek!)
\n
• \n Perks : 3-day weekends, built-in overtime, and shift differential pay
\n
• \n Pay : Competitive and based on experience
\n

\n

What You Bring

\n
• 2-3 years of CNC machining experience
\n
• Proficiency in G&M code and CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
\n
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
\n
• Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials
\n
• Excellent inspection and measurement skills
\n

Education & Requirements

\n
• High school diploma or GED required
\n
• Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred
\n
• Solid math skills (geometry, trigonometry)
\n
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
\n
