\n Basic Qualifications: \n
\n\n
\n
\n • Must be 18 years or older\n
\n\n • One (1) year of experience as an electrician required; on the job training provided.\n
\n\n • Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license\n
\n\n • Must possess apprentice electrician's license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed.\n
\n\n
\n
\n Preferred Qualifications: \n
\n\n
\n
\n • Three (3) years of experience as an electrician is preferred.\n
\n\n • Prior experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.\n
\n\n
\n
\n Responsibilities: \n
\n\n
\n
\n • Perform preventative maintenance on all electrical equipment on-site\n
\n\n • Perform electrical installations of a commercial nature \n
\n\n • Plan layout and installation of electrical equipment, conduit, wiring and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes \n
\n\n • Install electrical conduit, equipment, fixtures or wiring in floors, walls and ceilings \n
\n\n • Install, inspect and test electrical systems\n
\n\n • Perform installations which include but are not limited to panel boards, conduits, lay-in fixtures, wall packs, exit signs, light fixtures, disconnects, breakers, power distribution equipment and power supply wiring\n
\n\n • Refer to labels, job site maps, instruction manuals, and written instructions to accurately to perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards \n
\n\n • Report work orders, scheduled jobs and work progress to a foreperson\n
\n\n • Ensure code compliance through proper installation of electrical components \n
\n\n
