Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage delinquent HOA accounts

• Communicate with homeowners regarding outstanding balances and resolve account issues professionally

• Accurately enter and update account data, correspondence, and case progress in internal systems

• Assist with preparing legal documentation to support collections processes

• Collaborate daily with two clerks, two paralegals, and an overseeing attorney

• Follow established processes and protocols-no need to reinvent the wheel

• Coordinate with the legal team to ensure timely and accurate case handling

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in collections, legal administration, or data entry

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfort working in a collaborative team and taking direction

• Tech-savvy-experience with systems like Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, or Front is a plus

• Paralegal certificate or a degree in business, law, or finance is helpful but not required
