Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician/Painter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with painting experience to ensure the functionality and serviceability of our facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building maintenance, particularly within apartment complexes or hotels, and will be responsible for routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance. Responsibilities Inspect assigned areas on a routine basis and perform necessary maintenance to keep the facility in functioning and serviceable condition. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedures. Repair and maintain various fixtures and hardware such as doors, windows, minor appliances, and office equipment. Report any major maintenance needs and recommend corrective actions. Essential Skills ~4-6 years of building maintenance experience within apartment complexes or hotels. ~ Painting experience (residential or commercial) ~ Experience in electrical, facilities maintenance, mechanical, plumbing, and troubleshooting. ~ Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a daily basis. ~ Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and email. ~ Customer service experience in previous roles. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working on rooftop HVAC units. Familiarity with VAV (Variable Air Volume) Boxes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
