Job Description Product Manager, Deposit Lewis James Professional is a woman-owned staff augmentation, project consulting and direct hire search and placement firm. We are currently seeking a Product Manager, Deposit for a direct hire opportunity with a financial services client. Responsibilities: Partners with the product team to explore, define, and execute sales strategies aimed at uncovering opportunities to achieve business objectives. Oversees the creation and delivery of reports for management use. Designs and facilitates training sessions related to products and promotional campaigns, as needed. Maintains and updates team documentation, including pricing guides, product comparison tools, and related materials. Monitors product performance and trends, sharing insights through dashboards and reporting tools, as assigned. Supports the development of presentations for product management purposes. Provides administrative support by researching and resolving product-related service or quality concerns raised by customers or internal stakeholders. Works cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Training, Operations, and IT to support the launch of new products or product improvements. Leads designated special projects and initiatives as directed by the Director of Deposit and Product Management. Helps oversee and manage designated teams or individual contributors in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Participates in interviewing and selecting candidates for open positions. Assists with onboarding and training of new employees. Plans, delegates, and monitors daily work assignments. Evaluates employee performance and contributes to performance reviews. Recommends adjustments to employee compensation as appropriate. Supports disciplinary actions when necessary in alignment with HR guidance. Responds to employee concerns and helps resolve workplace issues or conflicts. Qualifications: ~ Bachelor’s degree (four-year college). ~3–5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
