Your Mission

Step into the spotlight and help bring world-class immersive experiences to life. As a Project Manager at Holovis, you’ll lead the delivery of cutting-edge location-based entertainment (LBE) projects across the globe—on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Project Lifecycle : Manage multi-million-dollar AV and software installations for theme parks and immersive venues from concept to completion.
• Lead Global Deployments : Travel internationally for extended periods to oversee on-site delivery and client engagement.
• Drive Collaboration : Liaise with clients, creatives, and technical teams at all levels—translating vision into reality.
• Keep It on Track : Scope, schedule, budget, and resource your projects using tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and JIRA.
• Manage the Matrix : Lead cross-functional teams with clarity, empathy, and accountability.

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing complex LBE or themed entertainment projects end-to-end.
• Strong grasp of AV systems, interactive software, mobile apps, or game development.
• Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or ScrumMaster are a big plus.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures—international team experience is a bonus.
• Willingness and ability to travel globally for extended deployments.

Additional Info

• You must have the right to live and work in the USA.
• This role is based in Orlando, Florida, and requires regular presence at the Holovis office, and at sites globally
