The Productivity Coach (PC) at Keller Williams is a key driver in the success of new and emerging agents. This dynamic leader trains, mentors, and holds agents accountable to performance standards and professional growth. Hands on Training
ResponsibilitiesCoaching & Training
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to support agent production, goal setting, and mindset development
Facilitate weekly group coaching sessions, skill-building workshops, and accountability huddles
Deliver KW models and systems including Lead Generation, Time Blocking, and the 4 Conversations
Monitor agent performance and provide feedback, strategies, and motivation to drive results
2. Agent Development
Support agents through their first 6-12 months or until they reach a set production milestone (e.g., 16+ transactions/year)
Help agents master scripts, lead follow-up, objection handling, buyer/seller consultations, and database building
Create a clear path for agents to "graduate" from the coaching program into full independence or higher-level coaching
3. Accountability & Metrics
Track agent activities using productivity tracking tools and CRM systems (e.g., Command)
Hold agents accountable to daily lead generation, appointment setting, contracts written, and closings
Ensure agents hit productivity benchmarks aligned with Market Center goals
4. Cultural Leadership
Model the Keller Williams culture and core beliefs
Build strong relationships with agents, staff, and leadership
Participate in Market Center events and collaborate with leadership to grow the coaching program
RequirementsExperience:
Minimum 2-3 years of active residential real estate sales experience
Demonstrated history of closing $3M+ in sales volume
Prior leadership, mentorship, or coaching experience is highly preferred

Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about helping others succeed
Excellent communication, teaching, and facilitation skills
Strong command of real estate contracts and sales skills, knowledgeable on KW MREA Models a huge plus
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple agent goals and plans
Technical Requirements:
Proficient in KW Command or Real Estate CRM tools , Google Workspace, Zoom
Familiar with productivity tracking and performance analytics
