Job Summary

Salt + Sea, Greenport’s award winning, fastest growing men’s and women’s clothing store is seeking a year round, part-time sales associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously move on the sales floor to engage with customers and attend to customer and store needs to ensure a great customer experience.
• Perform inventory tasks (e.g., help with inventory, put items back in place, restock or relocate items)
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the day.

• Strong communication skills
• Enjoys working, connecting with and helping customers
• Enthusiastic about one’s own work and looks for ways to enhance performance and business results.

Job Requirements

Availability:

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Sales associate base pay range starts at $20 an hour, with flexibility depending on previous experiences and skill sets.

Eligibility:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Schedule:

• Year Round, Part-time
• 12 – 30 hours per week
• Holidays
• Weekend availability
