Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for their WH/Distribution Center and Corporate office

*Day Shift

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to enhance, sustain, and assess the effectiveness of sanitation protocols.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on sanitation procedures and compliance expectations.
• Actively monitor sanitation outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce expenses, and boost results.
• Maintain and revise Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP); propose updates to cleaning schedules, methods, and workflows for managerial review.
• Document and execute corrective actions for sanitation issues flagged during monthly internal audits.
• Perform weekly inventory audits of sanitation supplies to ensure adequate stock and readiness.
• Track pest control observations, conduct routine internal inspections, and maintain detailed logs of findings and actions.
• Develop, update, and manage the master cleaning schedule to support operational needs.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as delegated.

Qualifications:

• Must be a "Hands On" leader willing to do what's needed to get the job done
• Supervisory/Management experience required
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or 2–5 years of relevant work experience/training; equivalent combinations considered.
• Must have Manufacturing, Production, Sanitation, Warehouse or Distribution experience
• Proficient in using computers and technology to support sanitation tracking and reporting.
• Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to handle confidential matters with discretion.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of customer service
• Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, or BRCGS standards is a plus.
