Job Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Project Manager in the Santa Clara County area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create and execute project plans, making adjustments as needed.
• Manage project costs, schedules, and change orders.
• Maintain all project-related documents.
• Communicate effectively and manage risk.
• Implement necessary changes to meet crew and client demands.
• Track and manage job costs using Excel.
• Manage client relationships, including unpaid invoices.
• Build and maintain strong communication with clients and their teams for future business and project adjustments.
• Handle day-to-day client interactions.
• Prioritize daily work activities effectively.
• Ensure accurate data entry.

Experience and Education

• At least 4 years managing PGE projects and working with field personnel.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Utilities Construction.
• Understanding of revenue models, profit and loss, and construction cost projections.
• Detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and a critical thinker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
