Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel. Key Responsibilities: As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform. You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot is required. Advanced proficiency in Microservices Architecture is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Full Stack Development, JavaScript, suggested. Design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency. Lead technical discussions and workshops to gather requirements and present solutions. Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve project outcomes. Ensure alignment of solutions with industry best practices and compliance standards. Location Requirement: Please note, this role requires onsite 3 days a week in Plano, TX. Basic Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of work experience with Spring Boot Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microservices Architecture Minimum of 3 years of Full Stack Development Minimum of 3 years of JavaScript experience High School diploma/GED Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor or Associate's degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
