Keeley Companies is looking to hire a Human Resources Intern for our Corporate Human Resources team in St. Louis, MO in Summer 2026.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and assist with HR Communications projects, as requested.
  • Assist the Talent Acquisition and Corporate HR team with projects as needed.
  • Assist with coordinating new hire orientation.
  • Assist with responding to team member inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR related questions.
  • Assist with HRIS file management.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and implement ideas for various assigned projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • In pursuit of a bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Communication or other closely related degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Communicate effectively both orally and through writing and work cooperatively in a fast paced, diverse team environment.
