About the Role

As a Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics Intern at FreshDirect, you will work closely with the team to support strategic planning and enhance operational efficiency by analyzing performance data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving initiatives that contribute to overall business growth. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused e-grocery business environment, providing valuable exposure to real-world supply chain challenges and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing process optimization strategies.
• Analyze internal performance data and identify trends, opportunities, or risks.
• Support strategic projects from ideation through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on key initiatives.
• Track KPIs and contribute to reporting on strategic goals and outcomes.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders and summarize key takeaways.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Statistics or Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Interest in supply chain strategy, analytics and process optimization.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay range and compensation package

• The expected compensation for this role is ($23.00 to $26.00) per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
