Retinal Ophthalmologist Opportunity

Location: Gillette, Wyoming
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No weekends, no overnight hospital call

About the Role
As a Retinal Ophthalmologist, you ll provide advanced diagnostic and surgical care for retinal and vitreoretinal diseases in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. You ll also manage general ophthalmology patients as you grow your panel. This is a rare chance to practice full-spectrum retina care with state-of-the-art resources and true autonomy.

️ Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal detachment

• Perform in-office procedures (e.g., intravitreal injections, retinal laser therapy, OCT, FA, ICG)

• Conduct advanced vitreoretinal surgeries (PPV, scleral buckle, etc.)

• Participate in call rotation for retinal emergencies

• Collaborate across medical specialties to deliver comprehensive care

• Optional: Engage in research, teaching, or clinical trials

What We re Looking For

• M.D. or D.O. with fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery (2 years preferred)

• Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology

• Licensed or license-eligible in the U.S.

• Skilled surgeon with a commitment to excellence and patient-centered care
