Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Vascular Access for a travel nursing job in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 10 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

Job Summary:

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating vascular access nursing care to patients according to Facility nursing professional practice model.

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of two (2) years of recent direct patient care as a registered nurse in a medical/surgical or critical care clinical setting.

Required Education:

• Associate’s degree in nursing.

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Required:

• State of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state RN License required.
• BLS - AHS required.
• Vascular Access Nurse experience REQUIRED
• Must be competent in USG-PIV placement, PICC placement with ECG technology 

Schedule Notes:

• 09:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Monday-Sunday
• 7 days on, 7 days off
• No call
• Every other weekend required

Additional Notes:

• Strong interpersonal skills to empathetically manage multi-faceted situations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care across multiple services
• Critical thinking skills to incorporate empirical knowledge of vascular access with an understanding of various clinical diagnoses and scenarios to make appropriate decisions.
