Job Description Responsibilities: Execution of the day-to-day activities of Workday managed services engagements for a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, process improvement and road mapping activities. Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery and collaborate with clients to strategize and drive goals forward post-production. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment. Required Skills: A minimum of three-five years of Workday Financials implementation and upgrade experience Required Workday certification/skills in Workday Prism Analytics, Integrations, Studio, and XML/XSL. Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM and service desk management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university. Completion of one full implementation with Workday Financials and Workday certification in Financials. Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
