The Faculty Support Team at Stanford Law School, a premier unit within the Administrative Support Department, has an immediate opening for an Administrative Associate position. This role provides assistance to faculty and other visiting instructors. You will be successful in this role if you have the demonstrated ability to problem solve, are successful at and enjoy working independently but also as part of a team environment, and have strong proofreading and technical research skills.This position is eligible for Hybrid work, after an initial training period when you will be coming in five days per week. You will work closely and collaborate with other faculty support team members as well as many other departments within the law school and will be reporting to the Director of Administrative Support Services.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.Bachelor's degree preferred.

*The expected pay range for this position is $31.79 to $37.96 per hour.
