As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Al Garcia - State Farm Agent, "With 24 years in business, our office stands as a testament to enduring expertise and reliability. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
