Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Generalist/ Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for our clients, as well as providing general HR support to our internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries
- Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers
- Manage relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Utilize various recruitment methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for recruitment and HR
- Provide general HR support to the internal team, including employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of full recruitment cycle and best practices
- Recruiting, Payroll Administration, Employee Relation, Benefits Support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using recruitment tools and social media platforms
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
