We are seeking an experienced sales leader to head a team of Enterprise Account Executives as a Regional Director, Enterprise GEO . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams to exceed quotas and developing customer accounts in the Enterprise sector.

This role is part of the Sales organization, based in Boston, Massachusetts, reporting to the RVP of Enterprise Sales.

You Will

  • Lead a team of Account Executives to surpass quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Act as player/coach in executing complex, solution-based sales processes involving multiple groups within Enterprise accounts
  • Develop and grow existing business opportunities by coaching account executives on account strategies
  • Engage with senior executives in target accounts
  • Manage all aspects of sales including planning, methodology, and forecasting
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, and Marketing to close software and professional services deals in EDU accounts
  • Identify and address growth opportunities within the East/Central sales region
  • Forecast sales accurately and deliver results
  • Utilize company tools like Smartsheet, Salesforce, Tableau, LinkedIn, DiscoverOrg for business management
  • Understand challenges and opportunities in the Enterprise market
  • Navigate public sector procurement processes and understand budget cycles and compliance

You Have

  • Experience working with government officials, educators, and IT professionals
  • A successful record of leading sales teams to exceed quotas through new business wins and growth in Enterprise accounts
  • Proven ability to execute land-and-expand strategies for aggressive growth
  • At least 5 years in sales management of enterprise software, preferably SaaS
  • Over 7 years in the software industry, with current SaaS experience in business applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and operate with urgency and grit
  • Experience with sales methodologies like The Challenger Sale
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth software environments
  • Skills in Smartsheet, Salesforce, Google Apps, Tableau
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
